My Mama's

Sandra N Springfield was raised on the great west side of Chicago, IL. Born in the South and being taught how to cook at an early age, Mama San specializes in bringing the South to the City.

Mama San loves cooking food that fills the souls and is filled with love.  Soul food isn't all Mama San can cook - she serves and caters a diverse menu and she also enjoys baking!

Mama San is known for bringing her family together for Sunday dinners and every holiday with her home cooked meals. We hope you get to experience food from her kitchen one day.
